Our affordable monthly price will unlock increased access to a health care provider who knows you, who is invested in you and your health, and will help you achieve your health goals.
Your monthly fee includes:
Expanded access. Your provider will be accessible to you in person or via phone, text, email, or video chat—even after regular hours. All office and telehealth visits are included, without co-pays or deductibles. Out-of-clinic or after-hours visits (home or business) require an additional charge.
Common procedures and diagnostic tests: Routine blood work, stitches, minor orthopaedic injury evaluation and treatment, EKG, spirometry and breathing treatments.

We believe health care should be affordable, so we proudly accept MaineCare and offer income-based sliding scale discounts for self-pay patients.
We also offer single visit plans subject to schedule availability for a one-time visit fee of $15o.
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept patients with Medicare at this time.
We offer discounts for quarterly and annual subscriptions and to members of various organizations including U.S. Armed Forces and Veterans. Contact us to inquire about discounts available.
